ShowStoppers registration and admission criteria for media, analysts, investors
Media and analyst admission to ShowStoppers
We invite qualified journalists and analysts to register to attend ShowStoppers events.
Media accreditation is reserved for working members of the media only. This includes Editors, Reporters, Producers, Camera Crews, still Photographers and Industry Analysts.
Press Accreditation will NOT be granted to employees of media outlets who do not work in an editorial capacity. Examples include Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Publishers, General Managers, Account Representatives, Sales Executives, Engineers, Public Relations Reps, etc.
We reserve the right to request additional information and to modify this policy without public notice and to revoke previously issued ShowStoppers accreditation/registration at any time.
A tradeshow press badge does not automatically qualify the holder for admission to ShowStoppers.
We do not grant press credentials that use yahoo.com, aol.com, netzero.com, and other third-party email services. Please provide a working email address at your outlet when you register.
How to register as a print journalist
To qualify as media, print journalists must provide:
- A link to the masthead that lists you as editorial staff, or
- A copy of your business card with name, editorial title and media outlet's logo, your postal address, city, postal code/zip, state, country, email address and phone number, and
- A bylined article from your publication written by you and published within the past three months (the copy must clearly show the name of your publication and your byline).
How to register as a freelance journalist:
To qualify as media, freelance journalists must provide:
- A letter from a publisher, editor or producer (on outlet letterhead) stating that you are covering ShowStoppers on assignment, and
- Complete contact information, including name, postal address, city, state, postal code/zip, country, phone, working email address, and
- A bylined, industry-related article from that publication written by you and published within the past three months (the copy must clearly show the name of the publication and your byline).
How to register as an online reporter:
News sites and podcasters based online must be previously established (fully launched and operational for at least six months) and updated regularly with original and current news.
To qualify as online media, please provide:
- A link to the masthead that lists you as editorial staff, or a copy of your business card with name, editorial title and media outlet's logo, your email address and phone number, and
- URLs to your articles with your name and title appearing in an editorial capacity. Your articles must have been published within the past three months.
How to register as a broadcast journalist, video crew and/or photographer:
Each member of a broadcast crew must register separately.
Please provide:
- Complete contact information, including name, postal address, city, state, postal code/zip, country, phone, working email address, or
- A copy of your business card with name, editorial title and media outlet's logo, your email address and phone number, and
- A letter from a producer/editor (on company letterhead) stating that you are covering the show on assignment.
How to register as an Industry or Financial Analyst:
Please provide:
- A copy of your business card with name, title and company logo, your email address and phone number, and
- A recent report or bulletin on the relevant industry with your byline written within the past three months, or
- A research report quoting you as an industry analyst.
How to register as a digital content producer or creator:
Please provide:
- Complete contact information, including name, postal address, city, state, postal code/zip, country, phone, working email address, and
- A recent monthly traffic/follower report from the platform verifying your account and traffic activity documenting the minimum views, followers or streams listed below by platform:

- 50,000 or more monthly views on YouTube; OR
- 75,000 or more monthly views on TikTok; OR
- 50,000 or more Instagram followers; OR
- 30,000 or more Twitter followers; OR
- 25,000 or more LinkedIn followers AND
- Three tech-centered articles on LinkedIn; OR
- Named one of LinkedIn “Top Voices” in Technology category within the last 6 years
- 10,000 or more monthly podcast streams.
How to register as a news blogger:
Please provide:
- Complete contact information, including name, postal address, city, state, postal code/zip, country, phone, working email address, and
- An article or blog post published within the past nine (9) months with your byline, and
- A recent monthly traffic report from an external web analytics service like Google Analytics (or its equivalent), verifying the online publication get 10,000 or more unique visitors monthly (UVM).
Deadlines
The deadline for uploading your media credentials is TWO WEEKS before an event.
Please note that your ShowStoppers registration will not be finalized until you provide your media credentials for approval.
ShowStoppers will contact you if your credential documents are approved or denied, or if additional information is required.
ShowStoppers reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who does not meet the above credentialing criteria.

How to register as an Investor:
We invite selected investors and venture capitalists to attend ShowStoppers events.
Please complete the registration form that follows this criteria page.
We will review the data you enter and approve registrations when the information is complete.
